Heavy Glass

Heavy glass is used to describe a multitude of glazing applications, the most common of which is an all glass structural wall that uses glass wall panels and glass stabilizing fins, connected together with heavy aluminum or stainless steel plates instead of a fully encompassing aluminum framing system.  Heavy glass is used to refer to all glass canopies, interior glass walls with all glass doors used in applications such as conference room enclosures, glass staircase guardrails, and glass balcony enclosures.  And it is also a primary component of air traffic control towers.
