To prospect a new client, one who had historically used only one glazing contract to perform all of their glazing scope in the San Diego market, and convince them that D8 should receive a market share of their negotiated work.

Solution

D8 met with the project management and purchasing teams for this GC and made a presentation of our most successful projects, which resulted in D8’s procurement of several projects with this GC.
