The owners of this high end automobile dealership are 100% hands-on individuals. They demanded the same level of quality in the building design that they provide for their discerning clients. During design phase, the economic environment of the country, and of the world, had a dramatic de-stabilizing effect. In order to move forward with the project, the owners required maximum aesthetic appeal at the most economically palatable cost.

Solution

Division 8 Inc. worked diligently with the project team designing for a building which incorporated vast expanses of structurally self-supporting heavy glass walls for a dramatic visual effect. In addition, many areas of the project included fiscally responsible standard curtain wall systems installed at dynamic raked and sloping angles. The result is a unique vehicle shopping experience which truly “showcases” the owner’s product line.
