Project Manager

Rodley’s primary responsibility within the company is project management. His journey in the glass and glazing industry began in 2005 as a draftsman for a building envelope company. The management team there quickly noticed his ability to lead a job, and promoted him to a project management role within the company. Rodley’s personality and attention to detail has been his foundation for building solid relationships with everyone he meets. Eager to grow and expand his knowledge, Rodley reached out to Division 8 Inc. management team and became an instant fit.

Rodley enjoys spending time with his fiancé and 4 kids. You can find him and his family relaxing at the pool or at the park barbecuing. He is an avid sportsman and likes to play pool, foosball, darts and basketball.
